Working Towards Egress (3/07/2024)
Bachmann Construction has been continuously working on every aspect of the 210 Project. The past couple of months the back attachment has been torn down, cleaned up, and have begun building anew.

Bachmann crew has completed the clean up and have boarded the back wall! Their next steps for this area was to dig out the ground for the forms for the elevator to be built.
The next step for the 210 Project was to begin the process of building the elevator and stairs for egress. The Bachmann Crew has finished setting the forms and have poured the concrete for the new addition. Ahead of schedule!

The plan for the next week is to, hopefully, put in the new steel columns, used to permanently support the 1st floor, after the building has finished raising. The building has been raised 7″ of the 8″-10″ goal.
