Framing, HVAC Ducts, Stairways & New Attachments

It’s amazing to see the progress the crew with Bachmann Construction has made to 210 West Fulton Street since our updates began in October 2023. View below the first update pictures posted.

210 West Fulton has improved immensely since October 2023. The 2nd-floor layout is now completely framed, HVAC ducts are being laid, the crew has begun building the new stairway, the dirt pit has been filled with concrete, the new back attachment has been framed, and brand new windows are being placed.

Bachmann Construction has completed the framing of the layout for the 2nd-floor units. Both the 2nd & 3rd floors will be framed to have a 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom, and an efficiency apartment

If you take notice, in the 2nd-floor walkthrough video, you can see HVAC ducts have already started being laid, and the brand new windows are in.

The Bachmann crew is diligently building the new stairway in the new back attachment, as well as framing and laying drywall on the other half.

Jumping back to the 1st-floor, the old stairs have been removed, and the dirt pit has been filled with concrete!

It’s amazing to see the progress at 210 West Fulton Street in almost a years time. Bachmann Construction and their crew have been continuously diligent through the entire construction process with a consistent work ethic all while keeping safety as their top priority.
