Adults/Children 18+ y/o
- Identification Card & Piece of Mail
Children 17 and under: One of the following . . .
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Card
- **Screenshot of Infinite Campus
- Something with their name on it.
**If your residence is outside of Edgerton but your child(ren) attend the Edgerton School District a screenshot of infinite campus or other ESD paperwork is required.
