Please note the following important information:

• Payments made in partial amounts will still result in a late fee for any remaining balance due.
• Processing fees are set and applied automatically by the bank and are included in all online payments through the Tenant Portal.
• If you have not signed up for the Tenant Portal please contact the leasing office.
• All regular maintenance requests must be made through the Tenant Portal or by calling the leasing office during normal business hours.

Timely and accurate payment is the tenant’s responsibility. Please ensure payments are submitted in full and through the correct method to avoid additional charges.
