Volunteering & Internships

Edgerton Community Outreach offers a variety of volunteer and internship roles to match different interests, schedules, and skill sets. ECO proudly supports students and individuals seeking a sense of community, school-required volunteer hours, internships, college service learning placements, and community service hours.

No matter your experience or availability, there is a place for you at ECO. Whether you can give a few hours or are looking for a more ongoing role, your time makes a real difference.

We welcome individuals, students, families, and groups who want to support their community in a meaningful way.

Volunteer with Edgerton Community Outreach

Edgerton Community Outreach (ECO) is built on the generosity and dedication of our volunteers. Every program we offer — from our food pantry to our thrift operations — relies on people who are willing to give their time to support others in our community.

Opportunities for Students & Interns

We provide hands-on experience in a nonprofit setting, with opportunities to build skills in organization, customer service, teamwork, and community engagement. We are happy to work with schools and programs to help you meet your requirements.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER

ECO’s Volunteer Contact will meet with new volunteers to explain available volunteer opportunities and set up training times.  ECO also works with youth volunteers.  All youth volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent sign a permission slip prior to volunteering at ECO.  Youth volunteers 13 years of age or younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
