Serving Those In Need

Red Kettle Campaign

Posted on by Sarah Williams

Edgerton Outreach is looking for volunteers to ring bells as part of our annual Red Kettle Campaign.  Each year over $5000 is raised through the Red Kettle Campaign.  These funds are primarily used to provide gas vouchers for low-income people to help them get to work and to provide motel vouchers for homeless individuals and families while they seek more permanent housing.  Volunteers are needed for two hour shifts beginning the weekend of November 15th.  Volunteers can choose to ring the bells at Piggly Wiggly, Deegan’s Hardware, or Carls Shell Station.  Contact Amanda Rendon, Volunteer Coordinator, at 608-884-9593 or for more information or to sign up for a shift.  You may also complete the form with your volunteer availability and Amanda will contact you to confirm that the shift is still available.  Please put your name or the name of your group/club in the comment box.
